It has been a busy start to the year with lots going on behind the scenes, with a house move and renovation and an upcoming trip away. In amongst all that I have been flat out at the bench working through some lovely commissions, orders, top ups and exhibition pieces. 2026 is shaping up to be a busy year, and there are lots of opportunities to see my work over the next few months, see below for details.

I am delighted to be asked back to create pieces for Love Ring at Tomfoolery in London, the exhibition opened on the 16th of April, and showcases some of the best in contemporary wedding jewellery from some of the best contemporary jewellers, and if you are not in London, you can view the collection online here. Love ring runs until the 4th of July 2026

Sp-Ring at Anne Morgan Jewellery in Wales is now on, a beautiful exhibition focusing on rings by some of the best in the business, I am delighted to have a selection of diamond and sapphire rings included. Sp-Ring runs until the 6th of June 2026.

Spring exhibition at Bluecoat Display Centre in Liverpool, opened on the 27th of March, this is a really lovely group exhibition to be a part of, I have been represented by this wonderful gallery since 2001. Spring Exhibition runs until the 6th of June 2026.

Craft Victoria in Melbourne curated a Members Only Exhibition, which ran in April 2026, I was very honored to have my large honesty neckpiece selected to exhibit.

The final exhibition I have to tell you about is something a little different, La Grande Fete – a collaboration between the jewellers of Pieces of Eight and Daniel and Emma, our brief is a ring that serves as a creative response to a food inspired box! La Grande Fete will be on during the Melbourne Design Week which runs from the 23rd of May – 2nd of June 2026.

It is hard not to mention precious metal prices, they are having a big impact on us jewellers, but more importantly, also you, our wonderful customers, however it does mean now is a great time to look at remakes – Taking sentimental and unworn jewellery and giving it a new lease of life, and its something I love to do! I can reuse your stones, 18ct, 14ct and 9ct yellow gold and sometimes 18ct white gold too. If you have some unworn jewellery and you would like to discuss a bespoke remake, please do get in touch. Unfortunately it is not always possible to reuse your gold, but with a bit of lateral thinking there is usually a solution – For example selling the unworn jewellery ( and it really is a great time to sell ) and putting the money towards your creation.

As mentioned, I will be heading away for a mid year break, on the 18th of June me and the family are packing up the car and spending a month driving to and from Uluru, a 4750km round trip through some spectacular outback landscapes. Super excited for this adventure, although of course it does mean I will be away from the bench and sometimes away from internet, during this time I will do my best to keep up with inquiries.

I regularly update my social media with current work, projects and commissions, so do be sure to check in on  Instagram and Facebook. And if you have any questions, would like any more information about any pieces or would like to make an in person or virtual appointment please don’t hesitate to contact me, I look forward to hearing from you.

Warm Regards
